Listings summarise information published by third parties – government tender portals, international organisations, companies and news publishers – and information submitted by users. Summaries are our own and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Quantities, prices, deadlines, specifications and parties can change at any time. The official source always prevails; check it before acting.

2. No endorsement or verification of parties

Listing a lead, a company or a source does not mean we have verified, approved or recommend any party, product or offer. Basic checks on user-submitted leads and company registrations are limited and are no substitute for your own due diligence.

3. Not a party to any deal

We do not negotiate, take commission, hold funds or goods, issue or receive bank instruments, or guarantee performance or payment. Any contact, negotiation, contract and transaction is solely between the parties concerned, at their own risk.

4. Your responsibility – due diligence and documentation

Before entering into any transaction you must independently verify the identity, legal existence, authority, financial standing and track record of every counterparty; screen all parties, banks and vessels against applicable sanctions lists; confirm export/import licences, permits and product rules; use independent inspection and secure payment; and set out the deal in a complete written contract reviewed by qualified advisers. 5. Sanctions and law

You must comply with all laws that apply to you, including sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering, anti-bribery and customs rules. Do not use this site for any deal involving sanctioned countries, parties or goods. We remove listings we believe breach these rules.

6. User submissions

If you post a lead or register a company, you confirm the information is true, that you are authorised to submit it, and that it is not misleading, fraudulent or unlawful. We may edit, refuse or remove any submission without notice and may report suspected fraud to the authorities.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trade Leads Daily and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss – including loss of money, goods, profit or opportunity – arising from use of the site, reliance on any listing, or any dealings with any party found through it. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
