Pakistan's Petroleum Division has asked PSO to draw up a plan for one LNG cargo a month from Shell and/or Oman Trading International for December 2026 to February 2027, for Cabinet approval. Qatari supply has been under force majeure since March, and September spot tenders drew bids of about USD 26.7–27/MMBtu.
